Health Advice for Rally Participants
The Busters rally is a very exciting and rewarding but also challenging event. You will get to do challenges that will test your mind and body as well. That is why we advice every participants to do a few healthy preparations before the rally starts.
So to begin, start a regular exercise routine now so that by August 2010 you will have the strength and vigour to conquer all! Sure you will be driving your car most of the time, but you still need to be fit in order to have the energy for the long drives. Additionally, there might be challenges along the way that would require your strength and flexibility, so it would not hurt at all to condition your muscles and joints. We are not asking you to become bodybuilders but it will be really good if you start exercising even for just a few minutes a day.
Aside from this, start introducing more fruits and vegetables to your diet - that is if you have not already. This is because these food groups are great sources of nutrients that can improve your wellbeing. Get enough rest and proper hydration as well. For those of you who find these things a chore, we recommend trying a healthy regimen for at least a month. Even if you do just the basics, you will surely see some improvement in your stress tolerance, everyday performance, and mental clarity. Know that all these will certainly help you finish in good standing in the Busters rally.
Of course, when the Busters rally ends, it would still be good to continue exercising, eating the right diet, and maintaining an overall good health. After all, this is not for our benefit or for others, but for you.
